The approved United States Postal Service (USPS) postage rate increase for Market Dominant Mail will go into effect on Sunday, July 13, 2025.
The average price increase per mail class will be:
8.1% — First Class Mail
10.4% — USPS Marketing Mail
9.385% — Periodicals
7.385% — Package Services
7.385% — Special Services
Keep in mind that the percentages each represent an average across multiple, complex price points within a mailing class—and do not account for mailing discounts you may already be leveraging.
