Entry-Level Bindery and Pressroom Positions
8-Hour Shifts – 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift Positions Available

We are looking for employees who are team players, have a strong work ethic, and want to be part of an energized, quality-driven organization. These positions require the ability to lift up to 50 lb. and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Bindery Crew Leader (2nd Shift)

Primary responsibilities of a Bindery Crew Leader include the setup and operation of finishing equipment and mail systems (perfect binder, saddlestitch binder, or polybag line). The ideal candidate will provide direction and development to finishing crew members on their line with the goal of meeting or exceeding both speed and quality standards. They will be able to troubleshoot equipment problems and work with our maintenance department to ensure lines are running optimally.

Electronic Maintenance Technician (3rd Shift)

Primary responsibilities include the maintenance and repair of a variety of systems: Programmable Logic Controls, Servo, Adjustable speed motor controls, AC/DC power control circuits, Profibus, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Our successful candidate will have familiarity with Oscilloscopes, PC-based data loggers, VOM, and national electric codes. A strong understanding of HVAC systems and how mechanics interface with electronic systems is required. Candidates need to be able to troubleshoot PLC and AC frequency drives. They will need to be able to read electrical and mechanical print and diagrams, both domestic and foreign.

Strong project management skills combined with the ability to drive to fast and efficient results in a manufacturing setting are needed. Three to five years of experience in electrical and mechanical diagnostic and repair work in industrial environment preferred. An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.

Maintenance Technician (Night Shift: 7pm – 7am)

Primary responsibilities will include the maintenance and repair of a variety of systems: Programmable Logic Controls, Servo, Adjustable speed motor controls, AC/DC power control circuits, Profibus, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems. Our successful candidate will have familiarity with Oscilloscopes, PC-based data loggers, VOM, and national electric codes. A strong understanding of HVAC systems and how mechanics interface with electronic systems is required.

Strong project management skills combined with the ability to drive to fast and efficient results in a manufacturing setting are needed. At least three years of experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of computer/PLC-based controls (associated with production equipment) is desired. An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.
