Maintenance – Signing Bonus Offered
We currently have one Electronic Maintenance Technician position open on our night shift. Primary responsibilities will include the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of controls, mechanical and electrical aspects of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. A strong understanding of HVAC systems and how mechanics interface with electronic systems is preferred.
Strong project management skills combined with the ability to drive to fast and efficient results in a manufacturing setting are needed. 3 – 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical diagnostic and repair work in an industrial environment preferred. An Associate’s degree or equivalent is required.
We currently have an opening for a Customer Success Manager. The CSM is responsible for creating and maintaining the customer relationship promised by Lane Press and serves as the primary point of contact and advocate for customers. This role leads a team of four, oversees the workflow and motivates their team to efficiently, accurately and consistently provide a customer experience that exceeds expectations. The CSM provides suggestions and expert advice to solve or improve related challenges. Other responsibilities include maintaining customer-related data, billing, contracts, and schedules.
A Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of professional customer service or graphic arts experience is required. Individual must be highly motivated, quality conscious, and possess strong business acumen, excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
Do you have experience driving a forklift and enjoy working independently? We currently have two open positions that may be just right for you. The Material Handler is responsible for transporting and staging all pressroom materials (including web paper rolls and ink). We have an opening for a 1st shift position (7 am to 3 pm). The other position is a Baler Operator. They work in our recycling area and operate our baling equipment which produces bales of recycled materials. This opening is also a 1st shift position. Both positions require the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.
Do you have some experience in printing or a desire to work on a press? We have open positions on our 2nd shift (3 pm to 11 pm) and 3rd shift (11 pm to 7 am) for Pressroom #2 Operators and Roll Tenders.
The Roll Tender position is the first step in becoming a Press Operator. The Roll Tender is responsible for learning the mechanics of folders, roll stands, infeed and cut off controls. Previous experience is not required.
The Pressroom Operator #2 position oversees the set-up, maintenance, and operations of a web press. Previous press experience is necessary as the ability to set and regulate color is required. Candidates must possess mechanical aptitude, basic electrical knowledge, and comfort with computer controls. Candidates need to be able to work well in a team environment.
Entry-Level Bindery Finishing Crew
We are looking for employees who are team players, have a strong work ethic and the desire to be part of an energized, quality-driven organization. These positions require the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work in a fast-paced production environment. 8-Hour Shifts – 1st, 2nd and 3rd Shift positions available.
